Product & Caster Selection
Yes. If you're unsure which caster is right for your application, please share the total weight of the equipment or cart, maximum load, number of casters, mounting method, bolt hole spacing or stem size, floor material, movement frequency, and operating environment.
We recommend providing the total weight, maximum load, number of casters, mounting method, bolt hole spacing or stem size, floor material, movement frequency, and whether the application involves high or low temperatures, moisture, oil, chemicals, dust, metal shavings, or ESD/anti-static requirements.
We don't recommend estimating per-caster load simply by dividing total equipment weight by four, since uneven floors, off-center weight, and movement vibration can create uneven load distribution. In practice, load capacity is usually estimated based on three casters bearing the weight, with a safety factor built in.
Generally, a larger wheel diameter improves the ability to roll over gaps, thresholds, and uneven flooring, and reduces rolling resistance. However, larger wheels can also affect equipment height, center of gravity, and available installation space, so these factors need to be evaluated together.
PU (polyurethane) wheels are commonly used for wear resistance, easy rolling, and general industrial material handling. Rubber wheels are favored for quiet operation and shock absorption. Nylon wheels are harder and more wear-resistant, suitable for certain heavy-duty or rougher environments. The final choice should still consider load capacity, floor type, oil exposure, moisture, temperature, and noise requirements.
We recommend providing the mounting plate's length, width, and bolt hole spacing, the stem diameter and length, the wheel diameter and width, plus a photo of the mounting surface. Even with a slight mismatch, adapting the mounting plate or a custom adapter may still work — Dersheng can confirm the best approach based on your photos and measurements.
A common setup is swivel casters on one end and rigid casters on the other, giving the cart both maneuverability and stable straight-line tracking. If the movement path is simple or requires long, straight pushes, all-swivel configurations are also possible. The final layout should still be evaluated based on the movement path, load, and available space on site.
Customization & Special Requirements
Yes. Dersheng can recommend or evaluate suitable products based on size, material, load capacity, mounting method, and operating environment. If you need special bolt hole spacing, height restrictions, special brakes, high heat resistance, low noise, anti-static properties, or stainless steel construction, please let us know upfront.
If your equipment has special load requirements, bolt hole spacing, height restrictions, or must operate in high or low temperatures, oil, moisture, chemicals, dust, metal shavings, ESD-controlled environments, low-noise, vibration-damping, or continuous-duty conditions, we recommend sharing your on-site conditions directly so Dersheng can help evaluate the right solution.
Yes. Selecting AMR/AGV wheels typically requires evaluating the equipment's own weight, maximum load, speed, travel distance, floor conditions, ramps or elevator thresholds, ESD/anti-static requirements, available chassis space, and mounting hole positions.
Not necessarily. High temperatures, oil, moisture, cleaning frequency, and food-grade requirements all affect wheel material and bracket selection. Standard PU or rubber wheels are not always suitable for high-heat environments — we recommend evaluating heat-resistant or specialty materials based on actual temperature, exposure time, and cleaning methods.
Whether tooling fees or an MOQ apply depends on the level of customization — for example, a simple size adjustment versus developing an entirely new mold. Please share your specification requirements and estimated quantity, and Dersheng will confirm the sampling process and any associated costs.
Lead times for customized casters vary depending on specification complexity, whether new tooling is required, material, and quantity, and are generally longer than for standard products. Please let us know your target delivery date when submitting your request so we can assess a feasible timeline.
Some products can be finished with different surface treatments — such as electroplating, powder coating, or stainless steel — to meet appearance or corrosion-resistance requirements. Available options vary by product type, so please share your requirements and we'll confirm what's feasible.
Drawings, Specifications & Quotes
Yes. If you need drawings, dimensions, materials, wheel diameters, load capacities, mounting methods, or 3D files, you can start by visiting the Dersheng product lookup system to search for the right caster, single wheel, or drive wheel by your specific requirements. Once you log in or register, you can download the 3D files for the corresponding products. If you're not sure which model fits your needs, you can also share the intended use, load requirements, mounting method, and operating environment, and Dersheng will help confirm the right specification.

We recommend providing the product model or a photo, the intended use, estimated quantity, load requirements, operating environment, mounting method, whether a brake or other special feature is needed, and whether customization is required. The more complete the information, the faster Dersheng can confirm the right specification and quotation.
Yes. You can send us front and side photos of the old wheel, along with photos of the mounting plate or stem, brake mechanism, and wheel diameter and width. Sharing the equipment's intended use, load requirements, and operating environment will also help us identify the right replacement specification.
Dersheng serves both domestic and international markets. If you're an overseas customer or need export support, please let us know the destination country, estimated quantity, and whether specific certificates of origin or customs documents are required, and we'll confirm what documentation and shipping arrangements we can provide.

Payment terms and quotation validity vary depending on whether the order is for standard or customized products. We recommend asking about these details when requesting a quote — our sales team will note the applicable payment terms and validity period directly on the quotation.
After-Sales & Usage Support
This can be caused by a wheel diameter that's too small, insufficient load rating, wheel material unsuited to the floor, worn bearings, a jammed swivel mechanism, debris on the floor, long-term overloading, or an unsuitable wheel configuration.
It could be either. Common causes include a warped cart frame, misaligned mounting holes, uneven wheel wear, a swivel caster that doesn't rotate smoothly, a rigid caster that's misaligned, or a wheel configuration that doesn't suit the movement path.
Not necessarily. A brake can limit wheel rolling or rotation, but overall equipment stability still depends on floor flatness, the equipment's center of gravity, wheel material, bracket structure, and whether additional support legs are needed.
We recommend regularly checking for tread wear, debris caught in the wheel, loose bolts, brake function, smooth swivel rotation, and any cracks, deformation, or unusual noise.
Dersheng products that experience non-user-caused damage under normal use may be eligible for warranty support. Coverage and duration vary by product type — we recommend confirming the applicable warranty terms with our sales team at the time of purchase or quotation.
If you receive a defective product or damage from shipping, please keep the packaging and take photos of the item, then contact Dersheng as soon as possible to describe the issue. We'll help confirm the appropriate resolution.
Dersheng can provide basic installation guidance and recommendations. Whether on-site removal or installation support is available depends on your region, product type, and specific needs — please describe your situation and we'll confirm what support is feasible.
