Tread
Made of thermoplastic (PA6). Nylon wheels offer good impact resistance, non-marking, will not be dyed, good corrosion resistance, great abrasion resistance, odorless, good resistant to chemical, solvent and many other aggressive substances.
But Nylon wheel is not resistant to corrosion by mineral acids, oxidants, chlorinated hydrocarbons and heavy metal salt solutions; Heavy load, and very low rolling resistance.
Nylon can absorb and release moisture, so the size fluctuation can be related to the humidity and temperature of the environment.
Working temperature: -25° C to +80° C, with intermittent service in higher temperature.
Load capacity is reduced if ambient
temperatures above +35° C.
Hardness: 73°±5° Shore D.
