XTREMETHANE Series
Xtremethane wheels are built to fulfill the purpose of carrying high load at high speed. These wheels feature great mechanical properties, including high dynamic load capacity, superb wear resistant and very low compression set.Xtremethane wheels also have great capability to tackle the internal heat build-up issue, making them the ideal wheels for applications like forklift and various kinds of industry truck. Regular tread hardness is 90°±3° shore A.
Superior abrasion resistance
Xtremethane wheels offer good resistance to abrasion. Operating under similar condition, it is up to three to five times the service life of rubber tire wheel.
Good resistance to chemical, hydrocarbon, oils, solvents and many other aggressive substances.

Superior dynamic load capacity
Xtremethane wheels have excellent resistance to internal heat build-up, allowing the wheel to operate continuously even at high speed with great load.
Wet Conditions Capability
A special grade of Xtremethane, called Xtremethane-Wet can perform well in wet and tropical condition.
Anti-static capability
A special grade of Xtremethane, called Xtremethane-AS can dissipate static charge. Electricity resistant of ≤ 10⁷ Ω
Temperature
The working temperature is set between -30°C and +70°C. And the performance will be reduced significantly at temp over 80°C.
