Qualthane Series

Qualthane wheels by Dersheng are engineered to meet today's ever more demanding working environment. Qualthane is a premium polyurethane elastomer developed to improve maneuverability with significantly less rolling resistance. This wheel also features the function of debris rejection to prevent metal chips from damaging the wheel, resulting longer service life. Qualthanewheels provide great performance in rebound resilient, which is ideal for both manual and power-towed material handling applications. Thanks for itshydrolysis resistance characteristic, this Qualthane wheel is the perfect wheel fortropical area or working environment associated with water and high humidity.

Three different hardness to choose from — 75° shore A, 85°shore A and 90° shore A, offer customers more versatile ways to use this wheel in various environments.

Great abrasion resistance

Qualthane wheels offer good resistance to abrasion. Operating under similar conditions, it is up to three times the service life of rubber tire wheels.

Superior rebound resilience

Qualthane has very high modulus of elasticity among elastomers. It’s two times higher resilient than solid elastic tyres. It offers great noise reduction and vibration damping performance to prevent damages to structure/ goods carried by the wheel while providing great floor preservation

Good resistance to micro-organisms

Qualthane wheels offer good resistance to micro-organisms, ideal for food and pharmaceutical industries.

Debris rejection

Qualthane tread has great surface tension, so it can reject most of debris and metal chips on the floor surface. It can also collect as less dirt as possible.

Wet Conditions Capability

Qualthane wheels can perform well in wet and tropical conditions due the resistant to hydrolysis.

Anti-static capability

A special grade of Qualthane, called Qualthane-AS can dissipate static charge. Electricity resistant between 107~1011 ohms.

Low rolling resistance

Qualthane wheels feature low rolling resistance, comparing to other PU wheels with similar hardness.

Working Temperature

The working temperature is set between -30°C and +70°C. And the performance will be reduced significantly at temp over 80°C.
